- SynopsisCrook-comedy drama. Old club member Merton needs money to avoid his business going broke and Larry offers to lend it without having any himself. By staging a fake robbery of some pearls from the blackmailed wife of the businessman who has threated Merton's business in the first place, and claiming the reward, Larry gives the money to Merton who in turn pays off his debt to the businessman with the businessman's own money.
